RETURNS

REFUND POLICY:

Vantom offers a 30 day exchange and/or refund policy.

To be eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging (if applicable) with the Vantom swing tags attached.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase

1 – REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification email advising that the item has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and store credit applied to your Vantom account or bank account (whichever you choose), within seven working days of us receiving the returned item

2 – LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund after seven days, first double check your bank or pay pal account
Next contact your financial institution. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact Vantom

3 – SALES ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are non refundable

4 – EXCHANGES (if applicable)

If an exchange is required, please send us an email through the sites contacts page and we’ll do our best to help you out

5 – GIFT RETURNS (if applicable)

Vantom doesn’t offer refunds for gifts, however if you are the recipient of an unwanted gift purchased by another party and mailed directly to you by Vantom, we may offer an exchange or store credit for the original purchase value.  Please contact us directly to discuss your situation

6 – SHIPPING RETURNS

Vantom isn’t responsible for return or exchange item shipping and/or insurance costs. Shipping fees are non refundable from the original purchase price (on a return or exchange item). Depending on your location, timeframes on an exchanged product reaching you, may vary

7 – BE PROTECTED
We encourage our customers to use Pay Pal in order to be eligible for Pay Pals Buyer Protection program. Aside from all the great benefits, if you are eligible Pay Pal can also refund your return shipping costs if you need to send something back
